At Floatz, we stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • You have not downloaded or activated the software
  • There is a technical issue that prevents the software from working on your system that our support team cannot resolve

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The software has been downloaded and activated
  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
  • Account bans resulting from user actions or third-party software
  • Change of mind after using the product
  • Inability to follow installation instructions
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Join our Discord server at discord.gg/floatz
  2. Open a support ticket in the #support channel
  3. Provide your order ID and email address
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in permanent account termination and blacklisting from future purchases.
